Emerald Owl Productions (EOP) and the The Carteret County Speedway are joining forces to bring the Crystal Coast a new holiday tradition, The Great Holiday Laser Show.
Since 2020, EOP (Emerald Isle, NC) has been doing holiday drive-in shows from North Carolina to Pittsburgh, PA. Now the show is coming to the Crystal Coast!
This 35 minute show, choreographed to a variety of holiday music, will have 3 sessions on Fridays & Saturdays, and 2 sessions on all other days. (Additional nights may be added during the week if ticket demand is high.)
There are two types of tickets:
1) Drive-In ($25.00 per vehicle or $30.00 per pick-up truck. If in a pick-up truck, all participants MUST be in the cab upon arrival.) Drive your vehicle onto the track and listen to the show through your radio. You may stay in your car or place folding chairs in front of your car. You must exit the track when your session is over.
IMPORTANT:
* Drive-In Vehicles will have no access to leave early or during the show!
* Vehicles such as passenger vans and buses must park outside and participants must buy per person lawn seats unless obtaining prior approval. To obtain prior approval, please call Judy Hailey at 252-286-5001.
* No trucks with trailers or parade floats will be allowed as a drive in ticket.
2) Lawn Seats ($10.00 per person): Park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to a designated area to watch the show. There will be no physical seats provided, but you may bring your own chair. Please no lounge chairs. You may stay for all sessions on your evening.
THERE WILL BE NO CONCESSIONS SOLD OF ANY KIND! You may bring your own food, drinks, thermos, and coolers.
We recommend you bring the following to enhance your experience:
* FM Radio (to listen to the show)
* Folding chairs (no lounge chairs)
* Glow Sticks
* Blankets, jackets, etc.
* Ponchos (show WILL run in light rain)
* BYOHC - Bring Your Own Hot Chocolate
Remember, Drive-In Tickets will have no access to leave the venue early or during the show. In the event of an emergency, please exit your vehicle and event staff workers will be able to assist you.
